The MTO device comprises a settler, a regenerator and a riser reactor, wherein settling space is formed in the settler, and regenerating space is formed in the regenerator and communicated with the settling space in a selectable manner; a first end of the riser reactor is communicated with the settling space, a methanol raw material inlet and a regenerated catalyst inclined pipe are arranged at a second end of the riser reactor, and the riser reactor is communicated with the regenerator through the regenerated catalyst inclined pipe. When the MTO device works, methanol enters the bottom of the riser reactor through the methanol raw material inlet, a high-temperature catalyst in the regenerator enters the bottom of the riser reactor through the regenerated catalyst inclined pipe, methanol and the high-temperature catalyst meet at the bottom of the rise reactor and react rapidly, so that the reaction time of methanol and the high-temperature catalyst is shortened, secondary reactions are reduced, and selectivity of olefins is improved.
