The method comprises steps of by searching linearity zones of all mapping curves in a mapping curve set, carrying out resistance identification based on the linearity zones; acquiring stator resistance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor; acquiring the current temperature value of a switch device on a motor frequency converter; according to the current temperature value, determining a corresponding current time delay time difference by use of the mapping curve set; according to the current time delay time difference, correcting the instruction voltage; and according to the stator resistance and the corrected instruction voltage, calculating the stator flux linkage of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Thus, the used stator resistance and the used instruction voltage are quite precise and the stator flux linkage is quite precise.
