Embodiment 1

[0047] (1) A method for preparing a composite fiber support, comprising,

[0048] (1) preparing HPMC physiological saline solution;

[0049] The HPMC powder is firstly dissolved with 1 / 3 of the final volume of 70-80 degree normal saline, then poured into 2 / 3 of the normal temperature physiological saline and stirred to dissolve, and the HPMC physiological saline solution with a concentration of 6-10% is prepared.

[0050] Among them, the model selected by HPMC is E50 (medical type).

[0051] (2) Collect 5-20mL whole blood from animals or patients with vacuum blood collection tubes.

[0052] (3) Mix the HPMC physiological saline solution prepared in step (1) with the whole blood collected in step (2) in a centrifuge tube at 1:1 to obtain a mixed solution, and dilute the final concentration of HPMC to 3-5%.

[0053] Among them, the mixing needs to be completed before coagulation, within about 1 minute.

[0054] (4) Centrifuge (300-500g) for 8-15 minutes before the mixed solut...

Abstract

The invention provides a composite fiber scaffold extracted from whole blood. The preparation process comprises the steps that before blood coagulation, the whole blood is mixed with a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) physiological saline solution; and the mixed solution is centrifuged to obtain an upper-layer transparent-gel-like substance, namely the composite fiber scaffold. Compared with atraditional fibrin scaffold, the composite fiber scaffold is higher in viscosity and stable in character. The rheological properties of the fiber scaffold can be adjusted by HPMC of different concentrations and different viscosity. The composite fiber scaffold is rich in various growth factors, the growth factors are tightly combined with a fiber web, and thus the growth factors cannot be externally secreted and are released when being stimulated (such as wound healing).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical supports, in particular to a composite fiber support and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Tissue regenerative repair is based on stem cells, growth factors and scaffolds. The scaffold is a three-dimensional matrix, which can provide an environment for stem cells to function under the induction of growth factors. A good scaffold needs to meet the following requirements: 1 mimic the natural extracellular matrix; 2 facilitate cell attachment, migration, proliferation and differentiation; 3 promote angiogenesis; 4 good biodegradation rate; 5 appropriate physical properties to support the construction of regenerative tissues ; 6. The diameter of the pores is about 15-20um, which is convenient for the growth of new blood vessels. [0003] Existing scaffolds are divided into biological scaffolds and synthetic scaffolds according to their sources, among which biological scaffolds (such ...
