Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing the broadband carrier communication performance of a low-voltage power line. The method includes: sending test messages in batches through a carrier bus channel access unit; controlling the attenuation of a carrier communication channel of the carrier bus channel access unit; injecting interference noise to the carrier communication channel; measuring a signal characteristic of the carrier bus channel access unit; and monitoring a communication behavior and a business behavior of to-be-tested communication equipment by employing an application interface message of the to-be-tested communication equipment. According to the technical scheme for testing the broadband carrier communication performance of the low-voltage power line, the communication performance test initiates various communication behavior tests on the carrier channel of interference quantification simulation, the response condition of the to-be-tested equipment on the carrier and application channels is intercepted and recorded, a statistical analysis of the response condition is conducted, quantification parameters of the simulation channel are recorded according to the test equipment, and communication performance assessments of the to-be-tested communication equipment in various interference quantification channels are formed.
