The invention discloses a method for testing the
sunlight blocking rate of a
textile, belongs to the technical field of optical performance testing of
textile materials, and aims to solve the core problems of poor reproducibility and comparability of a test result caused by splitting of a test
wave band, serious
distortion of the test result of a fluorescent
textile and lack of calculation specifications in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out
fluorescence attribute discrimination on a to-be-detected textile, and classifying and acquiring effective
spectral transmittance of
full wave bands of 280-2500 nm based on a discrimination result; aiming at the textile containing the fluorescent substance, the interference of
fluorescence emission light on the test is effectively eliminated by adopting a sub-band isolation measurement method; standard solar spectrum
irradiance data subjected to
standardization processing is adopted as
a weighting parameter, and a
sunlight blocking rate result is output after weighted average calculation and
standardization modification. The method realizes integrated scientific evaluation of the total solar spectrum barrier property of the textile, is accurate and reliable in test result, and can be widely applied to standardized detection of the
sunlight barrier property of various textiles.
