Abstract

The invention provides a kit for real-time quantitive PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection of pigeon TTV (Torque teno virus) and novel pigeon adenovirus EvaGreen. The kit comprises a primer withsequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-4 and has extremely high specificity and sensitivity. According to the established method, pigeon TTV and novel pigeon adenovirus infection in pigeon groups can be detected simultaneously, the operation procedures are simplified, and the cost is saved. After real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, the result can be directly judged by observing the dissolution curve peak value (TM value). The established kit can fill up the blank of the national related fields.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a double EvaGreen real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection kit for pigeon TTV and new pigeon adenovirus, which belongs to the field of animal infectious diseases. Background technique [0002] Transfusion-transmitted virus, also known as Torque teno virus (TTV), according to the latest classification of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV), it is classified as Anelloviridae, Alphatorquevirus ). TTV is a kind of non-enveloped, single-stranded circular DNA virus. Studies have found that the length of the genome of TTV virus varies from species to species. The genome of human TTV is 3.2kb-3.9kb, the genome of pig and dog is about 2.8kb, and the genome of feline TTV is about 2.1kb. The analysis of TTV found that the TTV genome consists of coding regions and non-coding regions. It is generally believed that TTV contains two large open reading frames (ORFs): ORF1 and ORF2, which encode replication-associ...
