The method for establishing the primer and probe for real-time fluorescence quantification PCR detection on novel pigeon adenovirus according to the invention has the advantages of high sensitivity, high stability, high specificity and high repeatability for detecting novel pigeon adenovirus, is capable of detecting at least 31.2 copies and can be applied to infection detection on novel pigeon adenovirus in a clinic sample.
