The regeneration process comprises the following steps: heating a color-absorbing sheet to a molten state, adding an adsorbent, a flame retardant, an antistatic agent and a curing agent for formation of a mixture; gradually cooling the mixture at a rate of 5-10 DEG C per minute until the mixture is cooled to a room temperature, performing standing at a condition of 0-4 DEG C for 10-30 minutes, performing cooling molding to obtain a primary product, and performing tabletting forming on the primary product. Compared withthe prior art, the process provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the regeneration of the color-absorbing sheet is realized, the adsorbent is supplemented in the regeneration process for ensuring the color absorption effect, the forming process is controllable and the forming effect is good through the proper cooling method, and the flame retardancy and the antistatic propertyare improved through the addition of the flame retardant and the antistatic agent.
