Abstract

A device for shaping annular aggregate of a micro-nano material is disclosed. The device includes a Langevin oscillator, an oscillation transmission needle, a connection segment, a circular ring and asubstrate provided with a suspension of the micro-nano material. The oscillation transmission needle is adhered to a radiation surface of the Langevin oscillator, and is connected to the circular ring through the connection segment. The center plane of the circular ring is parallel to the substrate, and the circular ring is completely inserted into the suspension of the micro-nano material. The circular ring is oscillated by the Langevin oscillator. Acoustic vortex generated in a fluid by the circular ring performing unidirectional in-plane oscillation is utilized to drive the micro-nano material dispersed on the substrate to move and aggregate below the circular ring, thus forming an annular aggregate of the micro-nano material on the substrate.
