The turbocharger comprises a turbine motor housing and a gas compressor housing, wherein a noise reduction layer is arranged on the inner wall of the turbine motor housing; an impeller of a gas compressor is connected with an impeller of a turbine motor through a turbocharger shaft; a vibration-damping gasket ismounted at one side of the impeller of the gas compressor; and micro holes are formed in the inner wall of the gas compressor housing. According to the turbocharger disclosed by the invention, the noise reduction layer is arranged on the inner wall of the turbine motor housing, so that noises generated in a working process of the impeller of the turbine motor are absorbed by the noise reduction layer, and the noise reduction effect is achieved on the turbocharger; the vibration-damping gasket is positioned on the end part of the turbocharger shaft, so that vibrations generated in the working process of the turbocharger shaft can be reduced, and buffer performance is improved, and therefore, noises generated by high-amplitude vibrations in the working process of the turbocharger shaft are reduced; and the micro holes are formed in the inner wall of the gas compressor housing, so that the noises generated in the rotation process of the impeller of the gas compressor are diffused throughthe micro holes, and therefore, the noise reduction effect is achieved.
