Abstract

The automated line comprises a material receiving stacker, one or more grid rotary placement type trolley station devices and a mechanical arm. By means of a feeding device and a stacking device, after the door frame upper strips cut off through a blanking machine move onto the feeding device, the door frame upper strips on the feeding device are sequentially pushed into stacking blocks through a pushing assembly, so that automated stacking is achieved, and the stacked door frame upper strips can be delivered to trolleys conveniently through the mechanical arm or manual work at the later stage; and after the corresponding trolley arrives and a grid is clamped through a grid clamping unit, a grid rotating motordrives the grid to rotate to the upper side of the trolley around the hinge-joint point of the grid and the trolley, then, the other end of the grid falls onto the upper end face of the trolley underthe effect of gravity of the grid and the push force of a grid pushing unit, and the stacked door frame upper strips are put into a space defined by the trolley grid.
