The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the temperatures of at least three continuoustime points and a current direction of a present time point of a lithium ion battery, wherein the at least three continuous time points include the current time point and at least two time points before the present time point; according to the temperature of the present time point and a target temperature, calculating temperature deviation of the present time point of the lithium ion battery; according to the temperatures of the at least three continuous time points, calculating the temperature variation trend of the lithium ion battery; according to the current direction of the present timepoint, confirming present charge/discharge states of the lithium ion battery; and according to the temperature deviation of the present time point of the lithium ion battery, the temperature variationtrend of the lithium ion battery, and the present charge/discharge state of the lithium ion battery, confirming voltage adjustment quantity of a refrigeration device.
