The method comprises the steps of (1) pre-storing various parameters of the AC / DC hybriddistribution network, building an initial topological structure of the distribution network in a distribution network system and recording the load condition of the distribution network in real time during operation; (2) collecting fault information and locking a power-losing area; (3) building a power supply restoration optimization problem model; (4) solving the power supply restoration optimization problem model in the step (3) by adopting a primal-dual interior point method; and (5) outputting a power supply restoration result and a control decision content result. An easy-to-implement efficient and reliable power supply restoration method is provided for the AC / DC hybrid distribution network containing flexible DC power transmission; the optimization problem of power supply restoration is solved by adopting the widely applied primal-dual interior point method; the power supply restoration method and method can be applicable to the AC / DC hybrid distribution networks of various structures through simple correction operation; and meanwhile, vector control parameters of corresponding voltage source converters are obtained.
