The positioning fixture is provided with an angle rotary connecting plate, a scale plate, the extension plate and a first lead screw for placing metal plates according to needed angles, so that errors are smaller; the metal plates can be firmly fixed on the base plate through a motor, a second lead screw and a pressing plate; support legs are used for lifting the height of the base plate to prevent the ground contacting damage of polishing tools in the machining process of the metal plates; a cushion plate under the pressing plate is used for preventing damage of the metal plates by the pressing plate in pressing of the metal plates; and meanwhile, the cushion plate is also used for increasing friction force between the pressing plate and the metal plates, so that the metal plates can be effectively prevented from displacing in the machining process.
