Abstract

Laser soldering equipment comprises a rack, an X-axis moving platform, a Z-axis lifting platform and Y-axis feeding and transferring platforms. The Y-axis feeding and transferring platforms are arranged on the machining plane of the rack and used for transferring welding products in the Y axis direction. The Z-axis lifting platform is arranged on the X-axis moving platform. The X-axis moving platform is transversely arranged on the side faces of the Y-axis feeding and transferring platforms to drive the Z-axis lifting platform to move in the X-axis direction. A laser welding head is mounted onthe side face of the Z-axis lifting platform. A laser emission head of the laser welding head conducts laser welding, infrared temperature measurement and visual positioning on the welding point positions by the adoption of coaxial light beans. The laser emission head is sleeved with an outlet wire alignment mechanism. A wire outlet of the outlet wire alignment mechanism is aligned with the focuspoint of the coaxial light beams.
