Abstract

The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing acetylacetone, stearic acid and zinc oxide and adding to a reactor, stirring and heating to rise the temperature to be 110 to 140 DEG C, adding a certain amount of a catalyst and reacting for 20 to 40min to obtain a target product. According to the zinc acetylacetone and zinc stearate compound, the yield is 94 to 96.0%, the zinc content is 20% to 24%, and the melting point is 129 to 133 DEG C. The product obtained by using process conditions of the invention are more ideal both in lubrication and dispersion effects, and has better toner dispersion and aging resistance.
