High-efficiency heat storage is achieved by employing the n-octadecane and the methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid polymer, the ferrosoferric oxide is synthesized on a surface of the methyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid polymer to form integration of heat storage and magnetic effect, the saturation magnetic intensity of the synthesized heat storage magnetic material is 12.5 emu.g<-1>, and the enthalpy can reach 152.2 J.g<-1>.
