An aqueous extract of a tobacco raw material undergoes centrifuging or chemical deposition, so that impurities are removed; such solids as silts, tobacco crumbles, fibers and the like are removed via the membrane which is 100nm in aperture, so that a true solution of tobacco extracting liquid is prepared; the true solution is subjectedto filtering treatment via the membrane which is 10nm in aperture, so that soluble high molecular materials in the solution are removed; a permeate of the membrane which is 10nm in aperture undergoesfiltering treatment via the membrane which is 3-5nm in aperture, so that such impurities as sugar, salt and the like are removed; and trapped fluid of the membrane which is 3-5nm in aperture is reserved, so that a solution that the tobacco glucoside is enriched is obtained.
