[0040] From 2010 to 2014, the inventor collected a large number of venous plasma samples from patients with pancreatic cancer and normal physical examination population from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, and selected 216 cases of pancreatic cancer and 220 cases of normal blood plasma samples by sorting out the sample data. The control sample was used as the experimental sample for the initial screening of Exiqon miRNA qPCR panel chip and subsequent series of qRT-PCR verification. At the same time, 44 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and 44 cases of paracancerous tissues were retained. The selected patients' plasma samples were all from newly diagnosed patients who had not undergone surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy intervention and were pathologically confirmed as pancreatic cancer. The demographic data and clinical data of these samples were collected systematically.

Abstract

The invention discloses a plasma miRNA marker related to pancreatic cancer assisted diagnosis and an application of the marker. The marker includes one or more of miR-122-5p, miR-125b-5p, miR-192-5p,miR-193b-3p, miR-221-3p and miR-27b-3p. The plasma miRNA, as a novel biological marker, has the characteristics of being good in stability, minimally invasive and easy for acquisition, and high in sensitivity and specificity. The molecular markers, with development and utilization, can offer a direction for diagnosis and further treatment of various diseases including tumors. Through the research,the pancreatic cancer plasma miRNA markers, which has a clinical diagnosis potential and a prognosis capacity, can be obtained with high pertinence. Based upon researches, the reliability and the repeatability of the group of miRNA as noninvasive markers for diagnosing pancreatic cancer are proved.
