Problems solved by technology

However, in general, as the strength of the steel plate increases, the formability decreases. Therefore, in the manufacture of a member using a high-strength steel plate as a raw material, problems such as difficulty in forming or poor formability occur.

Embodiment

[0162] Molten steel having the composition shown in Table 1 and Table 4 (the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities) was smelted in a small vacuum melting furnace to produce a billet. The steel billet was heated to 1250° C., and hot rolling including rough rolling and finish rolling was further performed to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet. Conditions where the finish rolling entrance temperature was 1100°C and the finish rolling exit side temperature was 850°C were set. The cooling rate after completion of hot rolling was set to 15°C / s as an average value of 800°C to 600°C, and the coiling temperature was set to 650°C.

[0163] The obtained hot-rolled steel sheet was heated to the heating temperature T1 (first temperature) in Table 2 and Table 5, kept at this temperature for the time shown in Table 2 and Table 5, and then cooled to obtain the first raw steel sheet. In some test examples, the first steel sheet was pickled and cold rolled at a rolling reduction of 54% to o...

Abstract

Provided is a hot press member that is provided with all of the following properties: high strength, with tensile strength TS being 1,500 MPa or higher; high ductility, with uniform elongation uEL being 6.0% or higher; and excellent heat treatment curability, with yield stress YS increasing 150 MPa or more upon execution of a heat treatment (baking finish treatment). This hot press member is characterized by having a structure containing a prescribed component composition (specifically, a low C content of at least 0.090% and less than 0.30%, and a high Mn content of at least 3.5% and less than11.0%), a martensitic phase comprising 70.0 vol% or more, and a retained austenitic phase comprising 3.0-30.0 vol%, inclusive, and in that the dislocation density thereof is 1.0x10<16> m<2> or higher.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a member obtained by forming a thin steel sheet by hot stamping, that is, a hot stamped member and a method for manufacturing the same. Background technique [0002] In recent years, fuel efficiency of automobiles has been strongly desired to be improved from the viewpoint of protection of the global environment. Therefore, weight reduction of automobile bodies is strongly demanded. Therefore, in order not to impair safety even if the thickness of an automobile member is reduced, it is required to increase the strength of the steel plate used as the material of the member. However, in general, as the strength of a steel sheet increases, the formability decreases. Therefore, in the manufacture of a member using a high-strength steel sheet as a raw material, problems such as difficulty in forming or poor formability arise. [0003] Therefore, in response to such problems, a technique of manufacturing high-strength autom...
