Abstract

The invention discloses a machining method for a metal spraying nozzle. A high-performance metal spraying nozzle structure is machined through an electroforming process by utilizing the characteristicthat stainless steel is not easily dissolved by electrochemistry and taking a stainless steel plate which contains micro-through hole arrays as a base. The machining method comprises the following steps: first, providing a flat stainless steel plate, forming cylindrical boss structures of an array on the flat plate, and forming a through hole in the centre of each cylindrical boss structure; then, performing an electroforming process on the flat plate to form a metal layer with open holes; peeling the metal layer to form a group spraying nozzle blank plate; and performing thinning and cuttingtreatment on the group spraying nozzle blank plate to obtain a plurality of metal spraying nozzles with certain thickness and aperture. According to the machining method for the metal spraying nozzle, the cost can be greatly reduced; the process can be simplified; small-aperture horn-shaped metal spraying nozzles of which hole walls are in smooth transition are produced at high efficiency in batches; and the machining method for the metal spraying nozzle is more suitable for practical production.
