The simplified proton exchange membrane fuel cell system comprises: a hydrogen cylinder connected to a fuel cell through a pressure reducing valve and a pressure stabilizing valve, wherein hydrogen is used as a fuel, passes through the pressure reducing valve and the pressure stabilizing valve, and then enters the fuel cell; a fan for inputting air into the fuel cell, wherein oxygen in the air is used as the oxidant of the fuel cell; the fuel cell, wherein the fuel cell, a water box and a water pump form a closed loop, and the fuel cell is subjected to heat dissipating through circulating water; a gas discharge drive module connected to the fuel cell, wherein the tail gas generated by the fuel cell is discharged by controlling an electromagnetic valve; and a motor electronic speed control connected to the fuel cell and used for providing power source output for an aircraft.
