When crossing regions is needed, time slot length of the data time slots is determined according to duration, least detection times constraint and minimum service transmission rate of the mobile terminal in an available ben overlapped region, and a service detection time slot used for detection at a target beam is allocated. When crossing regions is completed, the detection time slotis canceled, and a mode only using the data time slot is recovered.
