The method comprises a pre-tensioning device, start-stop buttons, a first tension measuring device, a second tension measuring device, a buffer device, a proximity switch, pulleys, indicator lights, a rotating speed measuring device for measuring a running speed of the yarns, a rotating speed adjusting knob, ayarn guiding device, a tangling device, a first stepping motor and an input roller mounted on a spindle thereof, a second stepping motor and an output roller mounted on the spindle thereof, an air tube connected with the yarn guiding device, an air pump connected with the air tube and a residual yarn basket for collecting residual yarns, which are mounted on a front panel of a chassis, as well asa power supply module, an analogue collection module, a relay module, a communication module and a stepping motor driver mounted on the back of the front panel of the chassis.
