The method includes steps of: a) collecting residual material of Chinese wolfberries and placing the material in a bamboo basket, placing the bamboo basket in a sink, and cleaning the material by feeding pure air via a bubbler; b) drainingthe cleaned Chinese wolfberries and performing low pressure steaming; c) drying, crushing and grinding the Chinese wolfberries to prepare Chinese wolfberry powder; and d) mixing and tabletting the Chinese wolfberry powder with an effervescing agent to obtain the product. Due to usage of the residual material of Chinese wolfberries, the process can be a supplement to production lines of Chinese wolfberry foods, healthcare products or medicines.
