Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial camera based on an interline transfer CCD. The industrial camera comprises an interline transfer CCD, an analog-to-digital conversion module, a line buffer module, a CCD time sequence generation module, and an external interface module, wherein the interline transfer CCD comprises an image sensitive area, a horizontal register, and a vertical register. When data transmission congestion occurs, a low-cost industrial camera can directly buffer and store data without using an external memory due to the line buffer module capable of storing two lines of pixelof the CCD, thereby preventing image data loss caused by decrease of instantaneous transmission bandwidth. Compared with traditional frame buffer manner, the industrial camera takes the advantage of the specific feature of the interline transfer CCD, thereby solving a data congestion problem caused by decrease of instantaneous effective bandwidth through time sequence control, saving circuit hardware cost, making circuit design less complex, and saving a circuit board space of a product.
