Abstract

The roller scraper comprises a supporting plate, wherein the outer wall of one side of the supporting plate is rotationally connected with a first scraping plate and a second scraping plate through rotating shafts, the first scraping plate is located above the second scraping plate, and a spring supporting plate and a limiting block are welded to the positions, close to one side of the first scraping plate, of the outer wall of the supporting plate; and the spring supporting plate is located above the limiting block, the first scraping plate is located between the spring supporting plate and the limiting block, and a spring is arranged between the first scraping plate and the spring supporting plate. According to the roller scraper of the resin granulator, on one hand, the problem that resin particles on a conveying belt are not cleared up thoroughly is solved, so that particles which are left on the conveying belt in thescraping process of the scraping plates are reduced, and scraping efficiency is guaranteed; and on the other hand, the problem that the conveying belt is damaged due to the fact that the first scraping plate and the second scraping plate are in direct contact with the conveying belt is solved, so that smoothness of the surface of the conveying belt is guaranteed, and adhesion of the later-stage resin particles is reduced.
