The diffractive optical element is used for diffraction of the laser which is collimated by the collimating element to form a laser pattern. The temperature detection element is used for detecting the temperature of the laser emitter and outputting a temperature detection signal. The invention furtherdiscloses a depth camera and an electronic device. The laser projection module, the depth camera and the electronic device are provided with the temperature detection element near the laser emitter, and the temperature detection element can detect the temperature of the laser emitter, therefore, when the temperature of the laser emitter is too high, the power of the laser emitter is reduced, so that the problem that the use performance of the laser emitter is influenced by the high temperature drift caused by the high temperature of the laser emitter.
