Abstract

Provided is a centrifugal compressor for a butene oxidative dehydrogenation device. The centrifugal compressor comprises a main shaft, impellers, baffles, a coupler, a reflux device, a curved channel,a diffuser, an upper casing, a lower casing, sealing assemblies and bearings. The centrifugal compressor is characterized in that (1), a casing of the compressor is divided into upper and lower bodies from the horizontal plane of a rotating shaft, the upper casing is fixed to the lower casing through sealing bodies at both ends, and the lower casing is fixed on a supporting base; (2), parts suchas the multi-stage back-bend closed impellers with same diameters, spacer sleeves, balance discs and the like are connected in series and mounted on the main shaft to cooperatively constitute rotors,and the rotors are placed on the lower casing through the bearings and bearing seats; (3), the curvature radius of the curved channel is increased; (4), a structure in which the inlet width of the reflux device is smaller than the outlet width of the diffuser is adopted.
