The decoction barrel transferring mechanism comprises an overturning mechanism and a translation mechanism, wherein the overturning mechanism and the translation mechanism are arranged in sequence from bottom to top. The overturning mechanism comprises an overturning seat, a rotating air cylinder, a water storage bucket and a lower electromagnet, whereinthe rotating air cylinder drives the overturning seat to rotate with a horizontal shaft as a shaft; the water storage bucket is connected to the overturning seat through a lower extending-and-contracting air cylinder and can be arranged at the bottom end of a corresponding decoction barrel in a sleeving manner; and the lower electromagnet is located inside the water storage bucket and adsorbs thedecoction barrels.
