Abstract

The wind test system employs a laser radar wind meter to measure wind parameters of multiple points and send the wind parameters to the main control system; the wave test system is configured to measureparameters of waves and send the parameters of waves to the main control system; the flow test system is configured to measure water flow parameters in a range from a seabed to a water surface heightand send the water flow parameters to the main control system; and the main control system is configured to receive and process data measured by the wave test system and the flow test system.
