Embodiment Construction

[0046] The implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below through case analysis, so that the features of the present invention can be more easily understood.

[0047] (1) Collection process settings

[0048] All samples were collected using a Fourier transform near-infrared spectrometer (Antaris II), equipped with an InGaAs detector, with a wavelength range of 10000-4000cm -1 , using the integrating sphere accessory for diffuse reflectance spectrum collection, spectral resolution 8cm -1 , scanned 32 times, each spectrum contains 1557 points.

[0049] (2) Collect representative wool products

[0050]Qualitative and quantitative analysis with near-infrared spectroscopy involves the establishment of mathematical models. The establishment of models requires a batch of representative training samples. It is also difficult to directly collect representative wool textiles in the market. Representative wool textiles such as wool The quality score is known...

Abstract

The invention relates to a near-infrared spectroscopy method for identifying a pure wool product, and belongs to the technical field of analysis and test. The method comprises the following steps: (1)optimizing the acquisition process of the near-infrared spectrum based on an integrating sphere diffuse reflection mode; (2) collecting a representative wool product; (3) acquiring a background spectrum and the near-infrared spectrum of the sample, and performing variable standardization preprocessing on the spectra; (4) reasonably segmenting a sample set into a training set, a validation set anda test set; (5) screening an optimal variable by adopting a continuous projection algorithm-linear discriminant analysis algorithm, and establishing an identification model; and (6) acquiring the near-infrared spectrum of an unknown sample, and obtaining the recognition result by means of the established model. An integrating sphere is adopted to measure the diffuse reflection spectrum, diffuse reflection light is light generated after the interaction with the internal molecules of the sample, and the signal light undergoes space integration by an integrating sphere to effectively overcome the influences of random factors in the diffuse reflection measurement, so the stability and the repeatability of the data are greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a near-infrared spectrum method for identifying pure wool products, belonging to the technical field of analysis and testing. technical background [0002] Clothing and other textiles are closely related to people's lives. With the development of society and the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to the practicality, aesthetics, comfort and safety of textiles, which are closely related to the fiber composition of textiles. Textile processing factories often mix several materials with different properties to make the finished product have certain characteristics, such as mixing polyester fiber technology in cotton to increase the durability of the finished product and make the fabric easier to preserve. National mandatory standards require that the three items of textile size or specification, fiber composition and content, and maintenance methods must be in the form of durable labels. Fiber con...
