The working principle is that a central control module sets the rotating speed for closed-loop operation when a start key is pressed; an actual working current under the condition of a target rotating speed is detected through a data collection port; the motor is judged to work in a no-load state if the actual working current is less than a set no-load value, and a central control module controls the motor to remain at speed of 4000r; the motor is judged to have a load if the working current is greater than the set no-load value, and the central control module controls the motor to increase the rotating speed for operation.
