The electric spark pulse power supply comprises a breakdown circuit loop and a constant-current source loop, wherein the breakdown circuitloop consists of a direct-current source I, a resistor, a power switch tube I, a diode I and a discharge gap which are connected in series, and a time sequence controller is connected on the power switch tube I; the constant-current source loop comprises a charging branch and a subsequent-flow branch; the charging branch consists of a direct-current source II, a power switch tube II, an inductorand a diode II which are connected in series; the subsequent-flow branch consists of an inductor, a diode II, a direct-current source I and a diode III which are connected in series; a current sensoris further in series connection in the charging branch; a current closed-loop controller is connected between the current sensor and the power switch tube II; and the diode III is connected between the current sensor and the power switch tube II.
