Abstract

The invention discloses application of single use of butyphthalide (NBP) and combined use of the NBP and a triazole drug and a product of the NBP. During single use of the NBP, the minimum inhibitoryconcentration for candida albicans, candida glabrata and candida krusei is 128 [mu]g / mL, and a new concept is provided for treatment of monilial infection and research and potential application of newpharmacological action of the NBP. During respective combined use of the NBP with FLC, VRC and ITC, the antibacterial activity of a triazole antifungal drug to candida can be improved; a synergisticantifungal effect can be achieved, and the drug resistance of drug-resistant candida to the triazole antifungal drug can be reversed; a research direction is provided for development of new drugs andnew use of old drugs.
