Abstract

The micro-vibration detector comprises a housing, a mass block, a conductive ring, piezoelectric sensors and buffer units, wherein a mass block is arranged at the center of the housing, the conductive ring sleeves two symmetric sides of the mass block, multiple bufferunits and the piezoelectric sensors are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the housing, a supporting block is used for connecting the mass block and the conductive ring, the piezoelectric sensorsare used for converting force signals into electric signals, electrodes are arranged on the inner walls of the conductive ring, wires are arranged on the electrodes and the piezoelectric sensors andused for transmitting out the electric signals. The housing is close to the mass block due to vibration, so that the piezoelectric sensors are in contact with the conductive ring and forms a closed loop with an external circuit, and the amplitude and position of vibration force is judged according to the electric signal fed back by the piezoelectric sensors at different positions so as to determine vibration source and amplitude.
