Abstract

The hydraulic variable pump comprises a feedback rod, a driving handle, a first reversing valve, a second reversing valve, and an electric control safety switch for selecting the first reversing valve or the second reversing valve to work. The first reversing valve is a mechanical proportion-controlled pilot valve for realizing equal-proportion control of the displacement of the hydraulic variable pump; and the second reversing valve is used as an unloading valve for unloading the hydraulic variable pump. The electric control switch valve is used as a selecting valve; a single-grade valve element is adopted as a pilot valve element to directly control the variable of the inclined disc; and a feedback structure is skillfullyadopted to realize stable displacement, so that the mechanical proportion control safety function is achieved, the effects of simple structure, low cost, high reliability and convenience to maintainare guaranteed, and important significance on improvement of the product quality competitiveness and the cost competitiveness is achieved.
