The invention relates to wire-stripping pliers with an automatic adaptation to various wire gauges and insulation thicknesses that has two pairs of pivotable jaws of which the jaws of the first, outer pair are configured as gripper jaws and are pivotable by means of a first jaw arm and a jaw part about a common point, and the jaws of the other, inner pair are configured as cutting jaws with blades that cut into the insulation, and with a pull rod attached to the cutter jaws and longitudinally moveable within the jaw body providing the stripping motion that is coupled with a second plier arm. At least one sliding wedge is mounted in a recess shaped to match the sliding wedge within the first plier arm or in the jaw part, whereby a first sliding wedge facing the cutting jaws is flat and a second sliding wedge resting in the recess is so shaped that the separation between both sliding wedges at a central area of the sliding wedge diminishes toward at least one of the two sliding wedge ends. Under this configuration, opening the insulation-stripping jaws causes longitudinal displacement of the sliding wedge along with simultaneous matching of position of the sliding wedge perpendicular to the longitudinal direction that results in cutting-depth adjustment of the cutting jaws and the cutting blade attached to it.

Testing device and method for simulating flat carbonate rock reaction

The invention relates to a testing device and method for simulating flat carbonate rock reaction. The device mainly comprises a liquid storage pot, a flow meter, an acid-resistant plunger pump, a pipeline electric heating jacket, a flat clamper, a plunger metering pump, a hydraulic oil tank, a condensation tube, an acid-resistant filter, a back-pressure valve, a liquid collection pot, a pressure gauge, a molecular vacuum pump, a data acquisition and control board, and a computer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) arranging the flat rock in the inner cavity of the flat clamper, and simulating the crack width by a shim; (2) starting the plunger metering pump, applying the sealing pressure, and taking out the shim; (3) starting the molecular vacuum pump, and zero setting the pressure gauge; (4) opening the liquid storage pot accommodating acid liquor; (5) starting the computer, inputting testing parameters, and injecting the acid liquor; and (6) calculating the reaction rate of the carbonate rock at any time. The method not only can be used for accurately calculating the reaction rate of the carbonate rock, but also can analyze and evaluate major factors affecting the reaction rate of the carbonate rock; therefore, the invention provides the specific equipment and the testing method for the research on the reaction of the flat carbonate rock.

The invention provides a drainage device for a coal bed gas well electric submersible centrifugal pump, which is applied to the technical field of coal bed gas mining. The device is characterized in that a pressure sensor and a well head flow governor are fixed on an outlet line of liquid; the lower end of an oil pipe is connected with the outlet end of the electric submersible centrifugal pump; and the inlet end of the electric submersible centrifugal pump is connected with a motor of a drainage pump and a gas-liquid separator. The invention has the effects that (1) drainage function with large pump lift and low delivery capacity can be realized through intelligent control; (2) the gas-liquid separator can prevent soot from entering the electric submersible centrifugal pump, and can effectively realize that the coal bed gas is separated from water, thereby ensuring efficiency and stability of centrifugal pump operation; (3) an underground liquid level indicator can monitor height of an underground liquid surface in real time, thereby monitoring the effect of coal bed gas technology realization on one hand, and ensuring safe and stable operation at a high speed of the electric submersible centrifugal pump on the other hand; (4) under comprehensive effects of a controller, the flow governor, the underground liquid level indicator and the electric submersible centrifugal pump, technology of 'fixed-flow drainage' and 'fixed-liquid level drainage' needed in the process of coal bed gas exploitation can be realized.
