Abstract

The invention provides a distributed direct driven excavator hydraulic system of a motor driven dual-metering pump dual-energy accumulator. A hydraulic cylinder is controlled by inputting a signal toa driver through a controller and controlling the rotating speed and the direction of a driving motor in each hydraulic module through the driver, so that the throttling loss and the overflow loss ofthe system are avoided; the system efficiency is high; a main loop is short and does not have a throttling element, so that the pressure loss is low, the heat quantity is low, and a cooling device isnot required; and meanwhile, two energy accumulators are adopted, wherein the second energy accumulator is used for replacing an oil tank, and the first energy accumulator is used for balancing the flow of a first cavity and a second cavity when the emission ratio of the two metering pumps is inconsistent with the effective area ratio of two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the problemthat the emission ratio of the two metering pumps can not be precisely matched with the effective area ratio of two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder is solved.
