The genotyping primer set comprises allele primer pairs of AR and AF, A2R and A2F, BR and BF, OTR and OTF, O1R andO1F, O2R and O2F and internal reference primer pairs for respectively detecting blood type A, A205, B and O (261G deletion), O1 and O2. The designed allele primer sets have high power and strong specificity. The internal reference primer pairs of internal references 1R and 1F and internal references 2R and 2F are designed according to the conserved fragment of a human albumin gene. The allele primer pairs in each detection pore comprise 2-4 pairs and each one of the allele primer pairs comprises 2 pairs of internal references so that the quality and correctness of PCR amplification are ensuredand the test result reliability is ensured.
