According to the present invention, with the analysis system, the micro-column gel card having the remaining holes can be reused, such that the waste of the remaining holes can be avoided, the use efficiency of the micro-column gel card is effectively improved, and the experimental cost is reduced; and the micro-column gel card is subjected to automatic classification collection according to the recognition result during the experiment process, such that the misoperation easily occurring during the manual classification is avoided, the repeated recognition work is avoided, and the efficiency of the analysis experiment is improved.
