Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for modifying a basalt fiber surface layer for concrete anti-cracking enhancement into aluminosilicate. The method comprises the steps of carrying out chemical reaction on the basalt fiber surface layer to generate aluminosilicate substances by using alkyl aluminium; and then oxidatively removing the residual alkyl aluminium of the fiber surface layer by using carbon dioxide gas which contains a small amount of oxygen. The modifying device consists of a spraying groove, an air-drying chamber, an alkyl aluminium groove, a carbon dioxide groove, unreeling shafts for movement of basalt fibers, a steering shaft and a reeling shaft. The method comprises the preparation steps: pulling out basalt fiber heads on one or more unreeling shafts; controllingthe direction via the steering shaft; enabling the basalt fibers to successively enter the spraying groove, the air-drying chamber, the alkyl aluminium groove and the carbon dioxide groove; then connecting the basalt fibers to the reeling shaft; starting the reeling shaft to reel the fibers so as to enable cellosilk to move; successively finishing spraying and washing, hot-air drying, alkyl aluminium reaction and residual alkyl aluminium oxidation; after the fibers are reeled completely, taking down the reeling shaft and placing the reeling shaft in a closed packing material; and isolating the fibers from air during storage.
