The feeding and discharging mechanism comprises a conveying belt, a discharging assembly, a feeding assembly and a storage assembly, wherein the discharging assembly comprises a discharging platform flush with the upper surface of the conveying belt; a discharging air cylinder is arranged atthe rear end of the discharging platform; the feeding assembly comprises a feeding sliding table, a feeding cart and a feeding air cylinder; a feeding lifting plate for placing an iron frame and springs I for lifting up the feeding lifting plate are arranged in the feeding cart; the feeding air cylinder drives the feeding plate to horizontally move and then push the iron frame at the uppermost endof the feeding lifting plate to the feeding sliding table; the storage assembly comprises a storage sliding table and a storage tank which are positioned below the feeding sliding table; the discharging air cylinder can push the iron frame on the conveying belt to the storage sliding table.
