Abstract

The invention relates to an electrostatic spinning method for preparing ordered fiber and belongs to the technical field of electrostatic spinning. The method adopts an electrostatic spinning device.The electrostatic spinning device comprises an injector containing an electrostatic spinning solution, a needle connected with the injector and a receiving assembly opposite to the needle. The receiving assembly comprises an insulating assembly opposite to the needle and electrodes arranged on two sides of the insulating assembly, wherein the height of the insulating assembly is greater than thoseof the electrodes on the two sides, the two electrodes are negatively charged, and the needle is positively charged. The method comprises the steps that spun fiber is formed by jetting the electrostatic spinning solution in the injector through the needle; one end of the spun fiber is drawn to the insulating assembly through an electric potential field formed between the needle and the electrodes. The problem can be solved that received ordered spun fiber is shorter when the spun giber is received only by using parallel electrodes. Longer ordered fiber can be obtained, and the orderliness ofthe fiber can be also kept with the increase of the fiber layer number.
