Abstract

The invention discloses a grain dryer based on improvement of drying efficiency. The grain dryer comprises a shell, a hot blast stove and a stirring device. A feed inlet is formed in the upper end ofthe left side of the shell, the hot blast stove is arranged on the right side of the feed inlet, the stirring device is arranged below the hot blast stove, a screening device is arranged at the lowerend of the stirring device, a baffle plate I is arranged below the screening device, a transfer device is arranged below the baffle plate I, and a discharge port II is formed in the right side of thetransfer device. In a working process of the dryer, the dryer stirs grains through the stirring device, in the stirring process, the hot blast stove heats and dries the grains, and in the stirring process, the grains are dried, so that the drying area can be increased and the drying efficiency is further improved. As the screening device is arranged in the dryer, impurities in the grains are lefton the screen plate in the working process of the dryer, a waste outlet is opened to clean the impurities, and the impurities in the grains are removed, so that the dried grains are cleaner.
