Problems solved by technology

[0003] The traditional sodium hypochlorite can be bleached at a lower temperature due to its good oxidation performance, and has been used and developed for a long time. However, the use of sodium hypochlorite for bleaching will produce organic halides, which will be adsorbed on textiles or discharged into the waste water. In the environment, it has a great impact on the human body and the environment. With the gradual strengthening of environmental protection awareness, sodium hypochlorite has been gradually replaced by hydrogen peroxide. The water and oxygen released after the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide are more friendly to the environment. However, when using hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching agent , a good bleaching effect needs to be achieved when the pH value is higher than 10 and the temperature is not lower than 90°C, which consumes a lot of heat energy, making the bleaching cost higher and causing thermal pollution to the environment

Abstract

The invention discloses a bleaching agent for silk and a bleaching method thereof, and relates to the field of textile bleaching. The bleaching agent comprises the following components, by mass: 10-25parts of 2Na2CO3.3H2O2, 5-16 parts of peroxyacetic acid, and 0.0005-0.001 part of a metal catalyst. The method includes the following steps: placing 1 part by mass of to-be-bleached silk into 20-70 part by mass of water with the pH value being 9-11 in advance, heating to 30-40 DEG C, placing 10-25 parts by mass of the 2Na2CO3.3H2O2 and 0.0005-0.001 part by mass of the metal catalyst into water, heating to 55-65 DEG C for 20-30 min, and adding 5-16 parts by mass of the peroxyacetic acid for 15-20 min. The bleaching agent can reduce the bleaching cost and avoid thermal pollution to the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of textile bleaching, in particular to a bleaching agent for silk and a bleaching method thereof. Background technique [0002] Bleaching is a necessary process in the pre-treatment of textiles. Soaking textiles in bleaching solution removes natural pigments and stains on textiles, improves the whiteness of textiles, and increases the vividness of coloring. The water and oxygen re...
