The device comprises a sample suction system and a liquid chromatogram system, wherein the sample suction system comprises a ten-way valve, a deionized water bottle, an AXP pump and sample bottles; the liquid chromatogram comprises a six-way valve, a solution storage device, an analytical column and a detector; ten internal ports of the ten-way valve are respectively connected with nine sample bottles and one deionized water bottle; an outer port of the ten-way valve is connected with the AXP pump; thesolution storage device is connected with the six-way valve through an infusion pump system; both the analytical column and disposal bottle are connected with the six-way valve; the analytical columnis connected with the disposal bottle through the detector; and the six-way valve is connected with the AXP pump. The device is capable of replacing an automatic sample injector or a manual sample injection module in a liquid chromatograph, so that automatic sample injection analysis of multiple samples is realized and influences, on dynamic processes, of temperature and reaction liquid homogeneity are decreased or avoided to the greatest extent; and sampling and sample injection do not need to be carried out by manpower in real time, so that the working efficiency of experimenters is greatlyimproved, and plenty of real-time dynamic data can be obtained in unattended operation.
