Abstract

The invention discloses a transfer device with a function of quickly decreasing temperature used for operation after laser cutting of board material on a knitting machine. The transfer device comprises a machining table, board material, a transverse board, a support rack and a transfer device. The board material is horizontally arranged on the surface of the machining table. The interior of the machining table is equipped with the transverse board and fixing blocks. Two ends of the transverse board are fixedly connected with the inside of the machining table through welding. The fixing blocksare distributed on two sides of the board material in the manner of axial symmetry. The support rack is fixedly connected with the upper part of the machining table through welding. The transfer device is arranged on the right side of the machining table. A threaded rod is arranged between the transfer device and the machining table. The right side of the machining table is equipped with the transfer device. When the board material is cut, a movable board moves rightwards under effect of an electromagnet and a motor. The board material is power off after contacting with a sliding board. Therefore, the board material moves downward along the surface of the sliding board. The transfer effect is achieved. The subsequent board material is convenient to cut.
