Abstract

A novel Raman spectrometer is disclosed. The Raman spectrometer includes a rack, a laser generator, a controller, protective shields, a pressure sensor, an X-Y-Z three-axis movement platform, an objective lens and a high-speed camera. The objective table is mounted on the X-Y-Z three-axis movement platform. The pressure sensor is mounted at a position where the left and right protective shields are in contact. The X-Y-Z three-axis movement platform moves along the Z axis so as to drive the objective table to move up and down, the high-speed camera takes an image at the same time, and by combination with an image processing technique, the objective table is adjusted to a position where the image of an experiment sample is clearest, thus achieving automatic microscope focusing. Under a condition of not opening the protective shields, the e X-Y-Z three-axis movement platform drives the objective table to move left and right as well as forward and backward along the X and Y axes so that multi-point spectrum collection of the experiment sample is conveniently performed. If the protective shields are opened in a working process of the laser generator, the pressure sensor is released, then the laser generator is immediately turned off and an alarm is given.
