The welder consists of a controller carrier, a slide block, a rotary rod, a displacement sensor, a welding gun head, a fastening screw, a positioning rod, a rubber flat plate, a guide rail, a fixing rod, a counterweight block, a suction disc and a rail wheel, wherein the rail wheel is arranged at the bottom of the controller carrier; the rotary rod and the fixing rod are arranged on both sides of the controller carrier; the rail is paved on the positioned steel plate; the positioning rod is adjusted into a welding seam; the automatic welding gun is inserted into the welding gun head; and the welder is arranged above the controller carrier. The equipment is started, and the positioning rod drives the slide block to move along with the complicated welding seam, thereby driving the welding gun to move and realizing automatic focusing. As the rail is made of rubber and the bottom of the rail is provided with the high-temperature resistant soft magnetic suction disc, the welder can move on a circular arc surface with a certain angle, thereby realizing high-quality welding of complicated working station.
